Solid service. I would have liked to talk to my editor directly rather than going through the support email, but the edit itself was great.

Absolutely spot on. Nothing over-edited, nothing missed.
They were great with accessibility requests. I asked for comments in a larger font and a separate plain text summary. Done no questions asked
Would recommend without hesitation.
Five stars isnt enough.
Chapter 2 came back with a comment saying "this section is really strong" — small thing but it gave me confidence at a moment I needed it
Would have been 5 stars but I'd have liked a phone call option to discuss the comments. Email only works but is slow
Used this service for my theology MA. Greek and Hebrew terms were left untouched and only my English was fixed. Perfect
I had a very specific department style guide and they followed it to the letter
Yes yes yes. Excellent.
I'm Scottish and write in a very chatty way. The editor made it more formal without making it stiff. Good balance
