Solid edit, but no weekend support. If you're on a tight deadline this matters

Great but the tracked changes took ages to go through because there were so many. Maybe that's on my writing though haha

They noticed I used "data is" and "data are" interchangeably and asked which I preferred. That's proper editing

Sent my 90k word PhD thesis on marine sediment chemistry expecting a basic grammar check. The editor noticed that my units switched between mg/L and ppm halfway through chapter 4. Nobody else caught that, not even my second supervisor.

Laptop died 9 days before hand-in and I lost my last draft. Rewrote chapter 3 in a blind panic and sent it over at 2am. Got it back cleaned up by the next evening. I actually cried a bit.

In my country we don't really have this kind of service. Really happy I discovered it here. Thanks

I told them my supervisor liked short paragraphs and they reorganised accordingly. Very adaptable
