Solid service. I would have liked to talk to my editor directly rather than going through the support email, but the edit itself was great.
The editor noticed that one of my headings said "Chapter 4" but it was actually chapter 5 after I moved things. Details matter!
Honestly I was just gonna submit it as it was. Thank god I didn't
