Very good, but I got a bit confused by their different service tiers. Once explained, all good

The editor noticed my participant numbers didn't add up between the methods and results chapters (n=112 vs n=121). Typo on my part but a marker would have hammered me for it.

Used them for my PGCE research project. Communication was lovely and they didnt charge extra for my appendix which was huge
