I had a panic attack two days before my deadline and emailed them in a state. They were so calm and got my work back same day.
Good proofreading. The dashboard to track progress was a bit basic but it's fine
They fixed my references and I didn't even know they needed fixing. Now I know Harvard has about 15 versions
The editor even helped me word my dedication page, which I was nervous about as it was for my late father. Thank you for that kindness

Thank you for your patience with me. My English is not strong but you helped me submit something I am proud of
I am a single dad, work full time, and I just finished my MSc in project management. The editing helped me cross the finish line
