The whole process was easy and painless
They noticed I had misquoted a statistic from an ONS report. Not their job strictly but I'm so glad they mentioned it
I like that they told me what they couldn't do. Honest
The editor even helped me word my dedication page, which I was nervous about as it was for my late father. Thank you for that kindness
They caught that I'd written "impact" as a verb 60 times and suggested alternatives. My supervisor hates that word
Very happy with the edit. Would love a live chat option instead of email only
At 3am I found their website, at 3.15am I had a quote. At 9am an editor was assigned. Unbelievable
AI ethics dissertation, and the editor clearly knew what they were talking about. Some very useful queries on my definitions
Overall satisfied. Price is a little high for Chinese students but quality is truly good, my marker said "clearly written"
best money I spent all year, and I bought a car this year
Five stars isnt enough.
Wonderful team. Quick replies
