They followed my university's thesis formatting guide which was 30 pages long. That's dedication
Editing was fine. Customer support was a bit slow and I had to send the same file twice as the first upload apparently didn't go through
The editor used really plain explanations in the comments. Not condescending, just clear. That's hard to do well
I do my MBA part time while running a small business so I literally dont have time to go through 15,000 words with a fine tooth comb. Worth it for the peace of mind alone.
