Loved that the editor queried things rather than just changing them. "Did you mean X or Y?" is so much better than guessing

Great editing. My only gripe is I had to convert my LaTeX to Word for them and that was a faff. Would be nice if they supported LaTeX directly.

I'm a Polish-British student and my dissertation was on Polish migration after 2004. The editor handled the Polish diacritics perfectly (ł, ą, ę etc). Very careful

They fixed my references and I didn't even know they needed fixing. Now I know Harvard has about 15 versions
