Used for my midwifery dissertation. Whoever edited it clearly knew the clinical terminology, didn't need to explain anything

It was fine. The editing was OK but a bit light for a thesis at PhD level. Maybe better suited to undergrad work

The experience was OK. My main issue was that the editor removed some of my hedging language which my supervisor specifically wanted. Had to put it back

For my gig economy project I'd interviewed delivery riders. The editor tidied my transcription excerpts without changing any of the participants' words, exactly as asked

Fine. Not the cheapest, not the best. Would probably shop around next time
