Im a nurse doing night shifts and wrote most of my MSc on my phone between breaks, you can imagine the state of it. They turned it around in 4 days and it actualy reads like a proper piece of academic work now

The best part was that they didn't change my meaning. My last editor (different company) rewrote whole paragraphs and made me sound like someone else.

The Japanese sources in my thesis had romanisation issues. They made them consistent using the Hepburn system which is what my department asks for. Impressed!
