Absolute pros. Never going anywhere else

Such a pleasant surprise. I expected something basic and got something excellent

I only asked for chapter 1 to be edited as a test. Liked it so much I sent the rest the next day

It's alright. Editing was good but I got a bit lost with how many comments there were, hard to prioritise.

My thesis looked at mental health in agricultural communities in Wales. The editor was thoughtful about sensitive language and flagged a couple of outdated terms I'd used. Very grateful

Would have been 5 stars but I'd have liked a phone call option to discuss the comments. Email only works but is slow

Solid job but it came back without some of the formatting I requested. Needed another round which delayed me

Great value, great people, great result

I'd been rejected by a journal partly for "language issues". After their edit, it got accepted with minor revisions. Not just for students!
