Did my MA in fine art with a written component. The editor had an arts background and understood my theoretical references (Deleuze etc.)

I'd asked for Oxford comma throughout and they did it. Every. Single. List.

Two words: life saver

Good overall, a little slow to start (editor wasn't assigned for a day) but once started it was fast

I'm from Chennai, doing MSc nursing in Leicester. Proofread was very good. Only thing, one editor comment used a word I had to google lol. Otherwise fine

What I liked most was they asked me questions before starting — which referencing style, British or American spelling, if my department had a template. Felt like they cared about getting it right, not just ticking it off

I'm deaf and communication by email and written comments suited me perfectly. Very accessible
