I was going to submit without proofreading. So glad a friend talked me out of that. They found an entire paragraph I'd pasted twice.

Im a nurse doing night shifts and wrote most of my MSc on my phone between breaks, you can imagine the state of it. They turned it around in 4 days and it actualy reads like a proper piece of academic work now

best money I spent all year, and I bought a car this year

Good proofreading. The dashboard to track progress was a bit basic but it's fine

Used them for my dissertation on coastal erosion in Norfolk. Quality was great. Their upload limit meant I had to split my file which was annoying

Came back with tracked changes and a short summary saying my most common issues were comma splices and long sentences. Genuinely useful for the future

Flawless edit, super friendly team

Had my mum proofread my undergrad dissertation and she missed loads. Used this lot for the masters. Sorry mum.

Would have been 5 stars but I'd have liked a phone call option to discuss the comments. Email only works but is slow

Honestly I would have failed without this. My writing was THAT bad lol. Passed with 61

Did the job well enough to get me a 64, which I'm happy with. Not flawless, found one or two slips after, but good

Very good for international students. I recommend to all Saudi students in the UK
