Editor Helen was fantastic, explained things like a good teacher would
They noticed I used "data is" and "data are" interchangeably and asked which I preferred. That's proper editing
Im a nurse doing night shifts and wrote most of my MSc on my phone between breaks, you can imagine the state of it. They turned it around in 4 days and it actualy reads like a proper piece of academic work now
Warm, efficient and accurate.
Good proofreading. The dashboard to track progress was a bit basic but it's fine
My thesis was full of Arabic transliteration and the editor used a consistent system throughout. Amazing attention to detail
I'm Irish, did my PhD in Galway but I'm finishing corrections in London. Used this service for the final corrections. Quick and precise
fantastic job done on my dissertation, passed with flying colours
I couldn't afford much and they were upfront about what I could get for my budget.
Great work, although I felt the price for the 72 hour service was on the high side
Editing quality 10/10. Customer service 7/10, took a while to get a reply on a Saturday. Overall happy
They spotted that I had left a participant's real first name in one of my interview quotes. That could have been a massive ethics problem. So grateful.
